Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes Ingredients

  • 2 heads of cauliflower per 4 people
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • Sour cream, butter, salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets
  2. Steam or boil until fork tender
  3. Let the cauliflower cool then squeeze excess water out using kitchen towel… Caution, cauliflower may still be hot
  4. Combine cauliflower with cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper
  5. Mix and mash until desired consistency
