
- 2 heads of cauliflower per 4 people
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
- Sour cream, butter, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets
- Steam or boil until fork tender
- Let the cauliflower cool then squeeze excess water out using kitchen towel… Caution, cauliflower may still be hot
- Combine cauliflower with cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper
- Mix and mash until desired consistency
