We at Health 1st Chiropractic & Wellness Center understand the weight of choosing a healthcare provider and we also understand the responsibility of providing the best chiropractic care for you and your family. Dr. Gina is constantly researching and learning new techniques that provide the most accurate adjustment to impact your health in a positive manner.
When you first call to book an appointment, we’ll get your initial and follow-up visit scheduled immediately. We recommend you email or bring in your new patient forms filled out. You can find the forms on our website.

Your First Visit
When you arrive, you’ll get a friendly greeting and be taken on tour of the office. Then you will be taken into an exam suite where Dr. Gina will perform her initial exam to check the overall health and function of your nervous system. During this in-depth examination, Dr. Gina uses thermal INSiGHT state of the art technology to perform one of the most critical scans you can have. We are lucky to have this NASA certified technology in our office!
The emphasis of this visit is on
- Evaluating your spine and the function of your central nervous system
- Finding where the stress and challenges are that need to be addressed
- Determining the impact this has on your activities of daily living and overall health
- Dr. Gina reviews all the information gathered to create a care plan specific to you, to review at your next visit.

Our team will welcome you back and get you checked in. Dr. Gina will review the results from your first visit, which we call a Report of Findings. She will then go through the scans and exam findings making sure you have a full understanding of your original health concern. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have.
Dr. Gina discusses her Chiropractic care plan recommendations with you to begin the path to wellness for you and your family. You will then have your first chiropractic adjustment in one of our adjusting suites. Please plan on reserving about 30 minutes for this appointment.
On your following visits, the Health 1st team gets you checked in before directing you to one of our adjusting suites. Feel free to relax in one of our massage chairs until Dr. Gina comes in for your adjustment. We understand that correcting the nervous system and positively impacting your health takes time, so we are ready to embark on this journey with you.
We hold virtual educational classes and encourage you to attend our courses that feature topics such as: nutrition, fitness, posture restoration, prenatal care, immune health, colic, ear infections, allergies, and asthma.
Insurance Information
We are in-network providers with nearly all insurances and accept Care Credit. If you do not have coverage or your plan has a large deductible, you can still get care with us. We have financial plans to make it affordable and accessible to all.
